One of the largest global awarding bodies have been leveraging knowledge resources in India to evaluate answer scripts of their students. Over 2 lakh answer scripts have already been evaluated by experts who sit at their home or identified evaluation hubs for evaluation. In the first phase, three functional skills – Mathematics, ICT and English are being evaluated in India for this body. The answer scripts in this case are hosted in the place / country of its origination and its evaluation is done in India. The awarding body lays high emphasis on quality and hence the scripts undergo standardization and seeding processes. The project has been appreciated by the awarding body and prompted them to increase evaluation volumes out of India.
